Job Title: Facilities Contract Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Contract Support Administrator to join our team at Apleona UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing contract administration support to both client and site staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide contract administration support to ensure compliance with contract and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the helpdesk team and ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  • Administer the PPM scheduling for engineers on site and support the contract manager with reports.
  • Raise purchase orders for materials and sub-contractor works and support client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience of CAFM systems and proven experience of working within a challenging Service & Maintenance related environment.
  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks through to completion and to manage competing priorities.
  • Detail orientated, numerate and accurate.
  • IT literate with strong skills in using MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
