Job Title: Facilities and Health and Safety Manager

About the Role:

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Health and Safety Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees, visitors, and contractors within the company's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure seamless integration of health and safety practices with quality management systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, near misses, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure prompt and effective response to incidents.
  • Work closely with management to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
