Job Summary:

NCP Network Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a sales territory, researching prospects, generating leads, and following up on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts
  • Manage the sales process through specific software programs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in sales team meetings and perform administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Developed influencing and negotiation skills with business acumen
  • Self-motivated, conscientious, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Sharepoint
  • Willingness to travel as needed
