Financial Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at First Light. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Finance with various tasks related to financial services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage day-to-day financial services in liaison with the Head of Finance
* Administer bank accounts, including processing BACS payments
* Prepare monthly payroll submissions
* Support the Head of Finance with tasks relating to financial services

**Requirements**

* English language and mathematics GCSE or equivalent grade C or above
* Dedicated financial management experience
* Significant experience in managing accounting software
* Ability to design, maintain, and develop financial systems
* Experience managing finance in a charitable organization
