Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire your team, fostering a culture that prioritizes resident well-being and promotes independence.
- Ensure all care plans are adhered to and implement company policies and regulations effectively.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager on developing and implementing care home policies related to staff welfare, training, and quality of life monitoring.

- Prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals within the care home environment.
- Ensure ongoing professional development through training programs and support staff learning initiatives.
- Registered Nurse qualification with a current active NMC Pin.
- Experience in managing a team and overseeing staff rotas.
- Knowledge of quality and clinical governance programs, including audits and care services.
- Proven ability to support and guide others in accordance with the NMC Code.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to resident well-being.
