Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team at Unify. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining construction plant equipment, including diagnosing faults, performing pre-delivery inspections, and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault finding and diagnostics of heavy plant machinery
  • Routine maintenance of plant equipment
  • Carrying out maintenance on a variety of plant equipment
  • Safety inspections
  • Service, maintain, and fit petrol and diesel engines
  • Recording information accurately

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working on plant machinery
  • Qualification in heavy vehicle or plant maintenance and repair (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • Effective planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
