In line with our expansion strategy and ongoing success, we have a new opening for a Service Operations Coordinator, based at our headquarters.


Reporting to the management team, the ideal candidate should be self-driven, well-organized, and possess a strong customer service orientation.


Key Candidate Qualifications:
  • Management of the CRM system (CASH)
  • Completion of engineering tasks
  • Daily communication with team leaders to ensure task completion
  • Email monitoring
  • Handling internal and external calls
  • General administrative responsibilities (scanning, printing, filing, etc.)

Additional Skills and Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team contributor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Dependable, organized, diligent, and possessing strong planning abilities
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Representing the company positively
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

The role encompasses scheduling and coordinating appointments for engineers to visit various sites across the UK.
