Financial Services Practice Manager Administrator and Report Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Practice Manager and Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Advisors and Paraplanning team, as well as managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and Paraplanning team, including diary management, email management, and data entry.
- Manage client relationships, including client calls, scanning, emailing, printing, and posting.
- Support the completion of suitability reports, research, investment fund switches/rebalances, and other administrative tasks.
- Collate and maintain client files, including updating client information and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Financial Services role, preferably in an IFA firm.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
