Job Description

Solution Deployment Team Lead

This role is responsible for leading the engineering aspects of our large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM rollout. You will work closely with our global engineering teams to provide guidance and support throughout each phase of the project, from assessment to going live with the new system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership for your specific domain of competence, ensuring best practice is set and adhered to.
  • Team Management: Manage your team on a day-to-day basis, setting objectives, allocating tasks, and providing technical guidance.
  • Project Planning: Support the development of project plans to influence project timescales and meet stakeholder specifications.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders, such as senior leaders and internal customers, as necessary.
  • Technical Records: Develop and prepare technical records and reports to demonstrate compliance with associated specifications and relevant standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to key internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Project Status: Communicate project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Collect and review project risks and issues, creating action and mitigation plans accordingly.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve internal processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Essential Experience: Essential experience working as a data analyst or business data analyst.
  • Microsoft Office: Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM system(s).
  • Education: Preferable higher-level education or relevant experience in an engineering or science discipline.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel.
