About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team and deliver high standards of personalised care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Care Home, including people, budget, and compliance.
  • Lead a team and promote wellbeing, teamwork, individual development, and growth.
  • Ensure that CQC and all other regulatory requirements are met.
  • Raise the profile of the home within the local community and support sales.
  • Build close relationships with residents and their loved ones.
  • Retain high occupancy levels and regularly review expenditure against budget.

About You

We are looking for a caring manager who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and support. You will have proven experience of dementia care and managing in a residential care home setting. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are key, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop your team to deliver the best person-centred care.
