  2. Cast removal and application of basic casts, as well as wound care, including the application of pico's and Vac therapy.
  3. Manage Orthopaedic wounds and provide excellent clinical skills.
  4. Collaborate with the team to promote positive patient experiences and provide exceptional standards of care.
  5. Flexibility to meet the needs of the service, including working late to ensure clinics run smoothly.

Requirements:

  1. Nursing Registration with the UK NMC.
  2. Willingness to undertake the accredited British Orthopaedic Casting Certificate (BCC) qualification.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
