Job Title: Urology Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Urology Nurse to join our team at Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Urology Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing urological procedures and treatments
  • Work collaboratively with the Urology Nursing Team and Urology Consultants to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements:
  • First-level NMC Registered Nurse with some surgical experience
  • Diploma in nursing or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
