As a Key Holder at Levi Strauss & Co, you will play a vital role in a dynamic environment that embraces innovation and creativity. You will serve as a crucial connection between our merchandise and clientele, while providing support to our Stylists.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through collaboration and embodying our brand principles.
- Assist the Store Management team with daily operations and responsibilities.
- Inspire, support, and motivate the sales team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve individual targets.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team to foster their growth and ensure performance metrics are met.
- Maintain high visual presentation standards throughout the store.
- Aid in receiving shipments and organizing the stockroom.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of senior management.
