Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Crewe. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping to improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Manage medications and administer as required
  • Prepare and cook hot meals and snacks
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for caring for others and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will also need to have a driving license and access to a vehicle, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes.
