About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality eye examinations, contact lens care, and other eyecare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class eye examinations, contact lens care, and other eyecare services to patients
  • Conduct thorough and accurate eye examinations, including OCT and Optomap testing
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' eye health needs
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring patients feel valued and informed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Clinical excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
