Production Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team at Roofspace Solutions. As a key member of our production office, you will play a vital role in maintaining administrative systems and contributing to high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize new jobs from the design department into saws output and update relevant spreadsheets.
  • Print off all jobs, including drawings or plans, and any other required paperwork.
  • Ensure pick lists are ready for pickers.
  • Maintain systems and paperwork.
  • Manage purchase order records, including ordering, booking in goods, and receiving PODs.
  • Support the smooth running of the office.
  • Assist with company stock takes when required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administration skills, with a focus on accuracy with figures and efficient filing systems.
  • Maths and English at GCSE level.
  • Good computer keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to use Optimaster Software (desirable).
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be self-motivating, and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and create new ways of working.
