Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing staff and leading teams in a retail environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of the business.
