We are seeking dedicated Care Workers to provide a safe and nurturing environment for young individuals in our care.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people in achieving their personal goals and aspirations. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to young individuals during challenging times
  • Encouraging and assisting residents in achieving their personal goals and aspirations
  • Supporting educational endeavors and promoting academic success
  • Documenting progress and providing regular reports to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Empowering young individuals to make informed decisions about their future
  • Representing the interests of our residents in various meetings and forums
  • Facilitating community connections and social activities to promote social skills and relationships
  • Assisting with daily household tasks and activities to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Valid UK driver's license (desirable)
  • No previous experience required, just a genuine passion for working with young people
