Join Our Team as an Administration Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to join our Apprenticeship team in Tonbridge. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our colleagues enrolled in apprenticeships and work towards certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft packages.
