M Group Services T/A Morrison Telecom Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing both Falcon and FND works, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration:
    • Ensure Contract specific deliverables are achieved on a consistent basis.
    • Managing delays by resolving commercial issues to enable swift job closure and invoicing.
    • Build solid relationships with customers and manage specific expectations at both senior and operational level.
    • Project risk management and review of contract documentation.
  • Commercial Management:
    • Establish and implement thorough pre/post evaluation processes.
    • Manage sub-contracts and handle payments.
    • Mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Oversee the completion of monthly contract variation reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and commercial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
