Our technology stack includes contemporary tools such as Java, Spring, Kafka, and Docker, providing numerous opportunities for innovation and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in professional software development practices.
  • Exhibit a solid grasp of test-driven development, including unit, component, functional, system integration, and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with software engineering methodologies such as Agile (including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Test-driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), and Waterfall.
  • Experience with continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and continuous testing (CT) utilizing tools like Jenkins, Rally, and/or JIRA, along with version control systems such as GIT or SVN.
  • Proficiency in any or all of the following technologies is advantageous: Kafka, Postgres, Java, Git, Spring, Docker, GraphQL.
  • As a Software Engineer within a Scrum team, you will be responsible for developing and refining features in the Setup experience domain.
  • Collaborate with fellow Engineers across the platform to share insights and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in at least one back-end type-safe programming language, preferably Java, though other relevant experience will be considered.
  • Comfortable and experienced with back-end microservices architecture and communication, specifically REST and asynchronous messaging services such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience working within a Scrum framework as part of a team to deliver business functionalities and customer journeys that are thoroughly tested and automated throughout the CI/CD pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
