ESOL Instructor

We are seeking a skilled ESOL Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an ESOL Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering English language classes to Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) in a supportive and engaging environment.

• Plan and deliver interactive ESOL lessons to UASC students
• Assess student progress and provide individualized support to improve English language skills
• Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Recognized TEFL or TESOL qualification
• Experience teaching ESOL to young learners, preferably in a UASC context
• Strong understanding of the needs of UASC students

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or TESOL
• Experience working with UASC or vulnerable young people

This is a temporary position with full-time hours. The role may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate student needs. You will be based in an educational setting in Orsett, Essex.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
