**About the Role**

ProTalent is working with a prestigious accounting firm to recruit an Executive Accountant/Senior Financial Manager to join their team.

**About the Firm**

The firm is a leading provider of accounting and advisory services, with a strong presence in Surrey and a reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders and large international groups.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent client service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.

**Requirements**

  • ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with significant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Desire to become a partner within the firm in the next 2-5 years.
