About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a young biotech company that is pushing the boundaries of computational biology. You will be responsible for leading projects, working closely with wet lab scientists, and driving experimental design. Your expertise in statistical modelling, data analysis, and visualisation will be essential in driving our research forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with wet lab scientists to design and implement experiments
  • Develop and maintain data processing pipelines and workflows
  • Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computational biology and genomics
Requirements
  • PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field
  • Extensive post-study work experience in industry
  • Strong background in statistical modelling and functional genomics analysis
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R programming languages
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
