Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit team. As a key member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide line management and supervision to Healthcare Assistants
* Collaborate with the nursing team and multi-disciplinary team to provide an integrated service
* Take charge of the shift in the absence of a Senior Nurse/Team Leader
* Plan and allocate responsibilities as appropriate
* Work alongside and/or support volunteers within the team
* Represent the service at internal and external meetings
* Maintain good communication and liaison with all other departments

Requirements:

* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Experience of working in a healthcare setting
