The Graduate Project is a leading organization in talent acquisition and development. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our comprehensive talent solutions project.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our graduate recruitment project. The successful candidate will design and implement a graduate recruitment scheme, conduct market research, develop marketing campaigns, and oversee the selection and assessment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a graduate recruitment program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future talent needs.
  2. Conduct thorough market analysis to provide insights on talent availability, graduate employment trends, and competitor benchmarking.
  3. Develop and execute graduate attraction strategies, including digital marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
  4. Plan and manage graduate recruitment events, such as career fairs and assessment centers.
  5. Oversee the entire talent sourcing process, including job postings, candidate outreach, and campus recruitment.
  6. Implement a robust candidate selection process, including psychometric testing and interviews.
  7. Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and induction programs for new graduate hires.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment project management.
  • Proven track record of designing and managing large-scale recruitment campaigns and projects.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, selection methods, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in market research and analytics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD Level 5 or above).
