About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, and community-based services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients with a range of physical conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in physiotherapy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Pre-registration degree in Physiotherapy (BSc(Hons) or MSc(Hons)) and State Registration (HCPC).
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and/or a clinical interest group.
  • Experience working in a care setting, with a focus on musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, neurology, elderly care, ITU/respiratory medicine, and acute medicine.
  • Ability to demonstrate organisational values and behaviours, including good interpersonal skills, written and verbal skills, and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • UK driving licence and use of a car for work purposes.
