Job Title: Business Analyst - Transformation Specialist

Join Crimson, a leading employment agency, in their search for a skilled Business Analyst - Transformation Specialist to join their team in Birmingham. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week on-site and the remainder of the week working remotely.

Job Summary:

Crimson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst - Transformation Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business analysis and design for IT and business transformation projects. This role is centered on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure solutions align with both industry-specific needs and overall enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business requirement gathering: Create clear requirement documentation, including process models, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Process mapping: Perform in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in alignment with transformation objectives. Develop process maps, workflows, and diagrams to clearly visualize both existing processes and proposed changes for stakeholders.
  • Testing Implementation Support: Support project and delivery teams during testing by validating that solutions meet business requirements. Work closely with the testing team to ensure test cases are comprehensive and aligned with business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization in alignment with transformation objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between business units, project teams, and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of requirements and expectations.

Key Skills:

  • Business analysis tools and methodologies, including process mapping software such as Visio and Lucidchart, with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

What We Offer:

Crimson offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
