About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Lawyer - Property Law to join our Legal Shared Service. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level strategic advice on property-related projects and support the Head of the Legal Shared Service in shaping our legal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on property law and related matters
  • Support the Head of the Legal Shared Service in developing and implementing legal strategies
  • Act as deputy to the Head of the Legal Shared Service and line manage the Practice Management Team and Trainees
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss and manage workloads and performance standards
Requirements
  • Strong background in property law and experience in providing high-level strategic advice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively across organisational boundaries
  • Strong leadership and management skills
