In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a steady blood supply by analyzing donor data to optimize collection sessions and meet hospital demand. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to foster strong relationships and drive positive outcomes for donors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in data analysis to inform strategic decisions regarding blood collection, ensuring we have the right number of sessions in the right locations to meet hospital needs.
  • Collaborate with Blood Donation Operations and Planning Services to design and implement effective collection programs that align with the overall Blood Supply Collection Business Plan.
  • Analyze donor behavior trends and seasonal patterns to optimize appointment systems and processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient donation experience for all donors.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the supply chain, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes donor well-being and blood supply needs.
