As a Trainee Nursing Assistant at HC-One, you will be a key member of our team, embodying the quality of supreme kindness in every aspect of your work. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we want you to be a role model in delivering exceptional care and support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in tasks such as administering medicines, care of wounds, catheter care, and other direct clinical tasks under the supervision and guidance of a qualified nurse.
- Develop your skills and knowledge through our outstanding and refreshing development program.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, preferably as a Senior Carer or a similar position with leadership responsibilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of the person-centred care planning process and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
