**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in tasks such as administering medicines, care of wounds, catheter care, and other direct clinical tasks under the supervision and guidance of a qualified nurse.
- Develop your skills and knowledge through our outstanding and refreshing development program.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, preferably as a Senior Carer or a similar position with leadership responsibilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of the person-centred care planning process and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
