The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to learners, ensuring they achieve their goals and outcomes. This will involve conducting initial assessments, planning and delivering training sessions, and assessing evidence submitted by learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective initial assessments and sign-up meetings with learners
- Plan and deliver training and coaching sessions to learners
- Assess evidence and provide feedback to learners
- Provide regular updates on learner progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records of assessment, feedback, and progress
Requirements:
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Experience working in a health and social care setting, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Ability to travel across the South of England and work remotely
