Exciting Opportunity for a Team Leader Clinical Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Clinical Practice to join our Te Puna Wai Youth Justice Leadership team. Our vision is to ensure New Zealand is the best place in the world to be a child.

About the Role

The Team Leader Clinical Practice will effectively lead the case leader team, ensuring the development and delivery of high-quality services, support, and advice to managers, staff, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with health practitioners and education providers to ensure high-quality therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the case leader team to develop and deliver high-quality services, support, and advice to managers, staff, and key stakeholders.
  • Work with health practitioners and education providers to ensure high-quality therapeutic services.
  • Contribute to national and regional service delivery performance and practice improvement initiatives.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems, making decisions based on risks.
  • Understand and appreciate cross-cultural practices, knowledge of tikanga Máori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi/The Treaty of Waitangi, and how these help us be more responsive to support tamariki, whánau, and families.
