About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Health Promotion Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy lifestyles and reducing health inequalities in local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver client-led treatment plans in accordance with national and local guidelines
  • Provide one-to-one clinics and phone support to clients from local communities
  • Support the service by generating registration through networking and re-engagement projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals and objectives
