Trainee Office Administrator Job Opportunity

Dovetail Recruitment Ltd is excited to be working with a growing construction business in Ringwood, who are giving someone the opportunity to learn on the job and build a long-term career from scratch, with full training and support given across all facets of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Receive and action customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • • Liaise with depot staff to build knowledge and gain information on stock availability
  • • Utilize an established database of 3rd party suppliers and hauliers to arrange transport of products to and from depots
  • • Coordinate movements with customers, providing an excellent level of service throughout the process
  • • Ensure all details are entered accurately onto the system
  • • Assist in the completion of asset and stock counts
  • • Provide customer invoicing and account support
Requirements:

  • • Well-organized with a keen eye for detail
