Job Title: Senior Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at Version 1. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients on Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day application support for a variety of clients, ensuring seamless delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for colleagues, enhancing their knowledge and skills in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, showcasing the capabilities of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll through demos and presentations.
  • Offer expert advice on Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Lead and guide clients on best practices and software functionality, driving successful outcomes through our Managed Service.
  • Effectively collaborate with end-users remotely, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Requirements:
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll expertise is essential, with a strong understanding of configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
  • Documenting solutions and creating sales bid responses, pre-sales preparation, and demos are critical skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of other HCM Cloud modules and E-Business Suite HRMS.
  • ITIL process knowledge and wider experience of HR processes from a business context.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be advantageous.
