About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated quality professional to join our team at D R Newitt & Associates. As a Quality Systems Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance within our food manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between quality teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct spot checks on all raw material deliveries and arrange for samples and swabs to be sent for testing.
- Lead internal audits, glass audits, ISO9001, HACCP, FSSC, and GMP audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate monthly quality meetings and oversee day-to-day supervision of product quality, HACCP, and documentation.
- Ensure that factory hygiene and quality standards are upheld and continually improved in accordance with business expectations, while overseeing pest control on site.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HACCP systems, auditing procedures, and traceability systems.
- Familiarity with factory processes, inventory management, and stock control.
- Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and make effective decisions.
