We are actively looking for dedicated Youth Care Support Specialists to assist in providing care for residential homes in the picturesque Salisbury region of Wiltshire.

The organization we are collaborating with operates homes that address a variety of young people's needs, ranging from individual residences for youth with challenging behaviors to shared homes for those who have faced significant hardships.


The primary role of Youth Care Support Specialists is to empower children to live fulfilling lives and to navigate the obstacles they have encountered.

As a Youth Care Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for young individuals.
Encouraging youth to experience joy and fulfillment in their lives.
Providing care for young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, including those stemming from complex trauma.
Establishing a safe and structured environment conducive to their growth.
Leading and engaging in activities with the children, such as movie nights, camping trips, adventurous outings, and more.

Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have experience in residential child care or working within children's homes.
Individuals who are passionate about enhancing the lives of young people and are eager to learn will also be considered.
Experience with youth exhibiting challenging behaviors is advantageous.
Eligibility to work in the UK (Required)
Driving license is necessary due to the location of the residence.

Key Responsibilities:
Performing household duties and maintaining precise electronic records.
Assisting children with academic tasks and transporting them to various activities.
Providing structure and creating a secure environment that fosters their development.
