Residential Property Solicitor Opportunity

Oculus Legal Group is seeking an exceptional Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our recognised Residential Property team based in Warwickshire.

We are looking for a solicitor or someone with 2+ years post-qualification experience who has a solid background in Residential Property matters and wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds)
  • Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions
  • Follow the firm's detailed policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
Requirements:
  • Extensive and sound experience of working in residential conveyancing, including the more complex aspects
  • Working knowledge of referral arrangements and strong awareness of compliance issues
  • Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals
