About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing a small team, with exposure to finance, IT, compliance, HR, operations, and facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the firm, including managing budgets, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team and provide strategic direction to ensure the firm's goals are met
- Manage and develop a small team of staff, including finance, IT, compliance, HR, operations, and facilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Manage budgets and financial planning to ensure the firm's financial stability
