Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employment Services Delivery Manager to join our team at Together Housing. As a key member of our Commercial Employment and Skills team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering employment services that support individuals in East Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the activities of our Commercial Employment and Skills team, ensuring that performance standards, budgets, and funding targets are met.
  • Develop and secure commercial employment and skills contracts across our delivery areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the employability sector.
  • Support the development of employment and skills provision across the organisation, embedding best industry practice and positioning Together Housing as a leading provider of employment support.
  • Develop and maintain external relationships with local authorities, partner agencies, and employability sector organisations who influence the employment sector in the communities we serve.

Requirements

  • Strong experience, knowledge, and successful track record in the employability sector.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a demanding environment.
  • Business development and continuous improvement skills.
  • An entrepreneurial approach and ability to spot and secure opportunities to enhance the business or offer.
  • Sound financial acumen and commercial judgement.
