About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team at Cranberry Panda. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities for the Netherlands and other EU markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing programs for the Netherlands and other EU markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate publishers and creators in the Netherlands and other EU markets.
  • Approve and sign up affiliate partners to join our affiliate program.
  • Work closely with influencers to develop creator campaigns in the Netherlands and arrange gifting to content creators.
  • Identify and reach out to new content creators to increase our active partnerships.
  • Support the digital marketing team with translations for other performance channels.

About You:

  • Essential: You must be a Dutch native or fluent in Dutch.
  • Happy to work with graduates or candidates with +6 months experience in digital marketing.
  • An interest in affiliate/digital marketing (previous experience in affiliates is a bonus).
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, retail environment.
  • Passion for the beauty industry.
  • Motivated and career-driven.
