Job Title: English Teacher

Location: Various Schools

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

The primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality educational services to our students, adhering to company policies and the standards set by the relevant regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual students or small groups, aligned with the school's curriculum framework.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate student progress effectively.
  • Contribute to the School Development Plan and assist in its implementation.
  • Create and maintain a conducive learning environment that fosters student progression.
  • Coordinate teaching, assessment, and reporting of subjects across various key stages in collaboration with the Head Teacher.
  • Organize classroom resources and displays to enhance the learning experience.
  • Ensure student safety in accordance with risk assessments during on-site and off-site activities.
  • Collaborate with Learning Support Assistants and other staff to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Manage challenging behaviors, guiding students towards self-regulation.
  • Actively participate as a member of the multi-professional team, fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
