Talent Guardian is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in Christchurch, Dorset. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process, including heavy lifting, packing, and dispatching.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality and efficiency targets are met in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain attention to detail across all work stations
  • Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
  • Excellent track record of working in a logistics/warehouse background
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team
