We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Central England Area. The ideal candidate will be based in Warwickshire / Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire / Berkshire / Wiltshire / Greater London.

Mills CNC is the sole distributor of Doosan Machine Tools within the UK and Ireland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will work across various manufacturing businesses within this industry sector, providing technical support and maintenance services for our customers.

Our customers manufacture products that keep the country moving, using CNC machine tools from Doosan. You will work with a range of machines, including lathes and machining centres, in various industries such as aerospace, power generation, motorsport, oil and gas, medical, automotive, and precision component manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform scheduled maintenance on Doosan machines and others in accordance with our internal servicing standards.
  2. Visit customers regularly to service/repair machines and build strong working relationships.
  3. Provide technical support to staff concerning the Doosan range.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the machine range on offer from Mills CNC and attend training sessions.
Requirements:
  1. Engineering HNC and Modern Apprenticeship - or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance-based role (post-apprenticeship).
  3. Mechanical and electrical fitting skills.
