Procurement Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for delivering internal and external refurbishment projects to housing association properties in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of projects within budget and time scales specified
- Experience in procurement and contract management, particularly in social housing and planned maintenance projects
- Focus on motivating the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
- Focus on quality, customer service, and delivery
- Driving profitability of the contract, including pricing and delivering extra works
- Client and tenant customer satisfaction
- Process management
- Management of the customer
- Understanding of financials on the contract
- Customer liaison skills
