Procurement Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for delivering internal and external refurbishment projects to housing association properties in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of projects within budget and time scales specified
  • Experience in procurement and contract management, particularly in social housing and planned maintenance projects
  • Focus on motivating the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
  • Focus on quality, customer service, and delivery
  • Driving profitability of the contract, including pricing and delivering extra works
  • Client and tenant customer satisfaction
  • Process management
  • Management of the customer
  • Understanding of financials on the contract
  • Customer liaison skills
