Job Title: 5 Years+ PQE Contentious Probate Solicitor

Location: North Leeds

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our leading contentious probate team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients involved in contentious probate and trust disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and represent clients in complex probate disputes.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate cases from inception through to resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate and clear guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Utilise your expertise in negotiation, mediation, and litigation to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Work closely with our team of solicitors and support staff, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest legal developments and continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in contentious probate law.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in contentious probate law.
  • Proven track record in handling a variety of contentious probate cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
