Job Title: Associate Data Coach

Join our team as an Associate Data Coach and take on a challenging role that combines technical expertise with training and development skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Coach to join our team. As an Associate Data Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging technical training content to a class of approximately 20 to 24 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver innovative technical training materials for the cohort.
  • Collaborate with the team to define and set projects to challenge and develop graduates.
  • Assess homework/projects, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Configure necessary technical environments for effective training.
  • Provide guidance, tutoring, and mentorship throughout graduates' learning journey.
  • Demonstrate effective project management skills for successful delivery.
  • Work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Data and Training
  • A background in teaching or training settings, whether in a classroom, or alternative environments.
  • Familiarity with coding languages such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities.
  • Ideal experience across Data Engineering/Machine Learning etc.
  • Eagerness for personal development within a dynamic work environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, a hybrid working arrangement with 3-4 days a week in West London, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
