Position Overview

Role: Senior/Principal Civil Engineer

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 plus benefits

We are pleased to present an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary consultancy. This firm is currently expanding its team due to a surge in project acquisitions and is deeply engaged in the local construction sector.

Located conveniently in the city center, the office is easily accessible and fosters a collaborative environment focused on internal growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will:

  • Oversee the Civil Engineering team while contributing to a variety of projects, primarily in the Residential sector, along with Commercial and Sports facilities.
  • Engage in the design of infrastructure, including S278/38 highways and S104/85 drainage systems.
  • Conduct detailed external works and develop Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) along with Flood Risk Assessments.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Collaboration

You will work closely with the in-house Structural Engineering team to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.
