The Recruitment Co is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable and expanding organization.


Salary for the Maintenance Engineer position:
£40,000 - £45,000 (based on experience)

Working hours:
Rotating shifts of 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Adhere to quality standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Foster a collaborative environment with team members and senior engineers.

Identify inefficiencies in production machinery, analyze root causes, and implement solutions independently or in collaboration with management and relevant departments.

Assist production personnel requiring engineering support.
Share knowledge and provide mentorship while being receptive to innovative practices.
Evaluate machine efficiencies within the department, addressing maintenance concerns promptly. Actively participate in establishing timelines for resolution.
Attend production meetings as necessary.
Deliver the required technical support and assessments to the Production Department.

Ensure optimal utilization of machinery to prevent production disruptions, and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders.
